About Ashley
I’ve always loved food, but when my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2026 and I moved home to support her through treatment, I truly discovered the power of nutrition. That experience cemented my belief that food is medicine. I also deeply appreciate the many roles food plays beyond health—its ability to bring comfort, create connection, and anchor our traditions. My goal is to help people find balance: to optimize their nutrition in a way that supports their health while still embracing the joy, culture, and pleasure that food brings to our lives.
Approach to care
When I work with clients, my first priority is to understand them as whole people. This means learning their health history, lifestyle, and goals so I can create a nutrition plan truly tailored to their needs. I also believe clients deserve to understand the why behind their recommendations, so I translate the latest nutrition research into clear, practical takeaways—helping them distinguish fact from fiction in a confusing nutrition landscape. Once we establish a plan, we focus on setting small, achievable steps that build sustainable habits and meaningful long-term change. Throughout the journey, I serve as a supportive partner—addressing barriers, providing encouragement, and celebrating both the small and big wins along the way.
Your first session with Ashley
In your first session with me, you can expect to be heard—without judgment. I take time to understand you as a whole person so we can create a shared nutrition and health vision, along with a plan to help you get there. This becomes the framework for our work together, giving you clarity on what to expect each step of the way while I provide support, education, and encouragement to help you reach your goals, both big and small.
