About Ashley
Hi! I'm Ashley and I'm looking forward to meeting you! I have 15 years of experience in nutrition education and have worked exclusively as a registered dietitian for over 3 years. Whether you're managing a medical condition, working toward a specific health goal, or looking to improve your relationship with food, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way. I work with individuals and families to create realistic, sustainable changes that support long-term health and well-being.
Approach to care
My approach to care is rooted in simplicity, sustainability, and respect for your individual needs. I believe that nutrition should feel empowering—not overwhelming. That’s why I focus on making healthy eating both practical and enjoyable, without relying on fad diets, strict rules, or one-size-fits-all solutions. I take the time to truly understand your lifestyle, preferences, goals, and challenges so we can create a personalized plan that supports long-term success. I’m here to provide guidance that’s evidence-based, realistic, and supportive. As an ongoing learner, I stay current with the latest nutrition science to bring you care that is both informed and compassionate. My goal is to help you build a healthier relationship with food and feel confident in the choices you make every day.
Your first session with Ashley
Your first appointment is all about us getting to know one another. We’ll discuss your health history, current eating habits, lifestyle, and any goals or concerns you may have. This session is an opportunity for us to start building a personalized plan that fits your lifestyle and preferences. You’ll leave with practical recommendations you can start using right away—plus a clear plan for follow-up support. I strive to make sessions a safe, judgment-free space where you feel heard, empowered, and supported.
Education
I received my B.S. in Health and Wellness Management from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse. I received my M.S. in Community Medical Dietetics from Viterbo University in La Crosse, WI.
