Your first session with Ashley
In your first dietary session you can expect to begin building rapport and getting to know each other a little better. The initial assessment process is a series of questions to help her understand each individual's relationship with food and body, and history around weight, diet, intake, allergies, intolerances, exercise, etc. Ashley encourages individuals to be as truthful as possible during the intake process for a better understanding of the support that is needed throughout the work together. Ashley likes to end each session with goal setting and will act as accountability to achieve these individual goals set.
