Hi! I'm your friendly, neighborhood dietitian. I've been practicing for 10 years. My husband jokes I am a part of the Justice League...I practice evidence based nutrition and will stop at nothing to spread correct nutrition information. I live in North Carolina with my husband and golden doodle, Lois Lane (Smallville Fans). My husband works in NCAA baseball which has been a dream for us both. We both love playing golf as much as possible.

Your first session with Ashley

In the first session, I like to spend time getting to know my clients. I’m not going to throw a generic meal plan at you and send you into the fray. Instead, we’re going to spend some quality time in the "Command Center." I want to know: What makes your brings you joy? Which "Villains" (stress, sleep, or a chaotic schedule etc) are currently sabotaging your progress? What are the physical and mental milestones you’re actually itching to hit? The time we spend together in the first session will establish our blueprint for the future.
