About Ashley
Hello! Thank you so much for clicking on my profile. My name is Ashley Lowe and I am excited for the possibility of working with you! I have 25 years of clinical nutrition experience-mostly focused on clients experiencing eating disorders. I also am experienced in overall general health and wellness. I am well versed in working with LGTBQ+ and neurodivergent clients.
Approach to care
Because of my experience working on a multidisciplinary behavioral health team (psychiatry, medical, occupational therapy, therapy, nutrition), I will look at the whole picture-not just simply your eating. Difficulties with eating often stem from other struggles. I will help you untangle your relationship with food so that you can live your best life.
Your first session with Ashley
In our first session, I will do my best to get to know you and what you are hoping to get out of our time together. From there, we will create a treatment plan with goals that we will keep track of from session to session. I can be flexible with what we work on-with the goal always coming from you.
Education
Penn State University, University of Delaware
Hobbies
My interests include relaxing on my couch, parenting a fun and busy teen, musical theatre, and my pets (2 cats and a dog).
