About Ashley
Hello! My name is Ashley Majors, and I’ve spent over a decade helping individuals and families discover their own healthy balance. My passion for nutrition began more than 15 years ago when I was diagnosed with celiac disease and had a life-altering surgery due to Ulcerative Colitis. Through my personal journey, my work alongside a Naturopathic Doctor, and my time supporting families through the WIC program, I’ve come to understand that health looks different for everyone. My mission is to help each client create a lifestyle that works for them. I focus on educating clients about the importance of what we put into our bodies—from food to supplements—and teaching skills like label reading, meal planning, and meal preparation. These are not just professional tools for me, but daily practices I use in my own household and love sharing with others.
Approach to care
I don’t believe in cookie-cutter diet plans. Instead, I’ll help you build a realistic, sustainable lifestyle change that lasts. I’ll be alongside you every step of the way, supporting you in reaching your nutrition goals and helping you rediscover a love for healthful foods.
Your first session with Ashley
Our first session is all about you. I want to understand your unique challenges, what has or hasn’t worked for you in the past, and where you’d like to go. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan designed to fit your life. You’ll often hear me talk about balance, lifestyle, and healthful choices—because those are the values I live by and share with my clients.

Hobbies
When I’m not being a “nutrition superhero,” you’ll usually find me out on the water with my family or exploring the mountains out west. I’m also a proud stepmom to teenage twins (a boy and a girl) and a dog mom to a 9-pound toy poodle who keeps us all entertained.
