About Ashley
I’m a registered dietitian with over a decade of experience helping people feel healthier, stronger, and more confident through sustainable nutrition and lifestyle changes. I have a special interest in women’s health — including perimenopause, menopause, and PCOS — and I also support clients with a wide range of other nutrition-related goals and concerns.
Approach to care
My approach is weight-inclusive and person-centered, which means I focus on you — your unique story, your goals, and what will truly work for your life. I’m passionate about helping clients learn to nourish themselves through a practical, evidence-based approach to nutrition. Together, we’ll focus on building balanced meals that feel satisfying and flexible, not restrictive. We’ll set realistic goals, work through barriers, and I’ll be here to provide support and accountability every step of the way.
Your first session with Ashley
At your first session, you can expect a comfortable, judgment-free space where you can share openly. We’ll talk about what’s worked well in the past, what hasn’t, and any challenges you’ve faced. Together, we’ll begin to set clear, achievable goals and create a plan that truly fits your life, with the support you need to follow it through. During this session, I’ll also learn more about you — including your nutrition and medical history, lifestyle and activity patterns, nutrition concerns, and any relevant lab work. Most importantly, we’ll focus on your personal goals and what you hope to achieve as we work together.
