About Ashley
Ashley has over 8 years of experience as a dietitian. She was born and raised in Utah and loves to be surrounded by the mountains. She enjoys working with patients of all ages from picky toddlers, to pregnant mothers, to older patients. She uses principles of intuitive eating to guide her practice and hopes to help others find joy in food.
Approach to care
As a dietitian, simplifying nutrition and untangling the complexities of diet culture is important in making nutrition feel doable. Working to develop a positive relationship with food and break apart rules that have governed eating patterns can be healing at regardless of age. Health is attainable at any size, and working together we can find solutions to make peace with food and improve health.
Your first session with Ashley
During your first session we will discuss where you currently are in your eating journey as well as your eating history. We will explore what is working for you, where you are stuck, and build upon your experience to help you progress. Creating a judgment free zone is a priority during sessions as we learn your unique story and find what will work best for you.
