About Ashley
I have been a Registered Dietitian for over 15 years. I enjoy working with my patients to achieve their goals through mindful modifications. I do not consider myself the "food police". I would love to work with you on figuring out how to incorporate your favorite foods into your lifestyle while positively seeing change. My motto is moderation and balance are the key to life!
Approach to care
I want to see you succeed by providing collaboration, setting tangible goals, nutrition education, and accountability. Each of my nutrition plans are personalized and tailored to your specific preferences and lifestyle. We will work together to overcome any obstacles you may encounter.
Your first session with Ashley
In your first session, we will discuss your current habits, food preferences and/or restrictions, medical history, lab work, relationship with food, physical activity, and desired outcomes of working with a Registered Dietitian. Together we will lay out a plan for future sessions while establishing short and long term goals to build lasting habits. We can discuss any concerns or barriers you may have which prevent you from achieving your health goals.
