Patient reviews
โIt was a pleasure to work with Ashley the past 6 months. We set goals and created new habits and it wasnโt long before I started to see progress. Ashley was always willing to talk through different food trends and helped debunk silly misconceptions. Sheโs a great listener and always had good ideas for helping me work towards my goal. โ

โAshley shared new concepts to help me move from healthy weight loss to maintenance stage. She's always polite, on time, encouraging, and helpful with articles, tips, and between session message responses.โ

About Ashley
Ashley is a Registered Dietitian with a master's degree in Nutritional Science. Since she started working with Nourish, she has worked with a variety of clients but focuses primarily on healing disordered eating with an intuitive eating approach. She also has extensive personal and professional experience in vegan/vegetarian diets.
Approach to care
Ashley believes that learning food neutrality and breaking free of a diet-mindset can help you reach your health goals in a sustainable, non-restrictive way. She focuses more on your overall dietary pattern as well as non-food aspects of health such as sleep, exercise, and self-care without bringing any judgment or criticism into the conversation. She understands that the nutrition messaging surrounding us can often be confusing or contradictory and uses a logical, evidence-based approach to answer your questions, while still accounting for the emotional and social aspects of food.
Your first session with Ashley
In your first session with Ashley, she will spend time getting to know you in great detail. You may discuss medical history, past experiences with diet changes, what foods you typically eat - what you like/dislike, your lifestyle (work, family, social life), and anything else she may find relevant. She will work with you to prioritize your goals and break them down into manageable steps so you can feel confident and prepared to start making changes.
