About Ashley
As a registered dietitian, I love talking about food, and it should be a fun topic! I believe that food should not be a source of stress. I'm here to guide you on ditching the diet culture, finding peace with food, and discovering what joy truly means for your body. My approach is centered on intuitive eating and a non-diet philosophy, empowering you to listen to your body and build sustainable habits for life.
Approach to care
Our time together will be collaborative. I'll provide education and tools, but you'll be the one making the choices. I'll give you small, manageable steps to take between sessions. My goal is to empower you with the knowledge and confidence to make lasting changes that feel good to you.
Your first session with Ashley
In our sessions, you can expect a few things. First, this is a safe, judgment-free space. You can share anything you'd like, and I'm here to listen. We'll spend a lot of time talking about more than just food—we'll explore your lifestyle, your routines, and your relationship with your body.
Education
I went to Syracuse University for my ungraduate degree in Nutrition. Completed my dietetic internship and currently working on my master's degree at Russell Sage College in nutrition.
Hobbies
When I'm not in a session, you can find me staying active with a good workout, enjoying the sunshine at the lake, or finding a new recipe to cook. I'm passionate about helping you discover a sustainable path to health that fits into your unique lifestyle, so you can feel your best without sacrificing the things you love.
