About Ashley
Hi! Iām Ashley, a bubbly, energetic registered dietitian who believes nutrition is about connection, not perfection. I earned my Masterās degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from The Ohio State University in June 2025 after completing my Bachelorās degree in Nutrition at Miami University of Ohio. I love the counseling side of nutrition and truly enjoy building relationships and getting to know each personās unique story, because no two journeys are the same. Outside of nutrition, Iām passionate about movement and wellness, Iāve done CrossFit for years and coached while in college, recently started Pilates, love trying new workouts, exploring new restaurants, and finding new places to walk around Ohio when the weather is finally nice!
Approach to care
My passion for nutrition began in high school after working with a functional medicine doctor and seeing how food impacted my body, not just physically, but in my energy, focus, and overall well-being. During that experience, my concerns were heard and we set realistic, attainable goals together. It showed me that nutrition is not a one-size-fits-all approach, but a personalized and empowering journey that meets individuals where they are. That collaborative experience inspired me to create the same supportive space for others, helping them achieve sustainable goals in a way that feels realistic and empowering.
Your first session with Ashley
During our first nutrition session, weāll focus on getting to know you, your day-to-day routine, relationship with food, and the goals you want to work toward. Weāll review what a typical day of eating looks like and identify habits or patterns youād like to change in a safe, judgment-free space. Together, weāll set realistic, achievable goals and create practical strategies that fit your lifestyle so you feel supported, confident, and set up for long-term success
