About Ashley
My passion for nutrition began in high school when I started competing in powerlifting. Wanting to excel, I dove into research about how food impacts health and performance. By pairing training with a balanced, nutrient-rich diet, I became a state, national, and world champion. Along the way, I discovered a love for sharing this knowledge and motivating others to embrace healthier lifestyles, improve energy, and build confidence. After losing my father at a young age to heart disease complications, my commitment to nutrition deepened. I became dedicated to helping others prevent and manage chronic conditions through proactive, practical, and holistic nutrition solutions. I work with adults seeking personalized support in areas such as pre-diabetes and diabetes management, insulin resistance and blood sugar control, heart health, weight management, gastrointestinal health, sports nutrition, and preventive care.
Approach to care
My approach to care is holistic, client-centered, and evidence-based. I take time to understand each person’s unique lifestyle, preferences, and goals, then work collaboratively to create realistic and sustainable strategies. By focusing on prevention and practical changes, I aim to empower clients to take control of their health, address current concerns, and build confidence in maintaining lifelong wellness.
