About Ashley
I’m a Registered and Licensed Dietitian with over 15 years of experience helping women feel better through practical, realistic nutrition. I earned my BS in Nutrition and Dietetics from Syracuse University and my MS in Nutrition from Case Western Reserve University. I’ve worked in private practice and online programs supporting women with concerns like low energy, digestive issues, hormone changes, and weight struggles. Over the years I’ve learned health is rarely about one lab value or one perfect diet. I take a whole-person approach, looking at symptoms, lifestyle, stress, sleep, nutrition patterns, and when helpful, functional testing to better understand what your body may need. My goal is to make nutrition feel simpler and less overwhelming so you can feel better while still enjoying food and living your life. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, snowboarding, skiing, and traveling with my family here in Alaska.
Approach to care
I believe good nutrition care looks at the whole picture, not just lab results. Your symptoms, daily routines, stress, sleep, and eating patterns all give important clues about what your body needs. My goal is to help make nutrition feel simpler and less stressful. We'll talk through what you’re experiencing, connect the dots, and build practical strategies that help you feel better while fitting into real life.
Your first session with Ashley
Your first session is a relaxed, low pressure conversation. We’ll talk through your health history, current symptoms, daily routines, and any lab work or biometrics you already have. My goal is to help you make sense of what’s going on in your body in plain language. Together we’ll connect the dots, identify one to three realistic priorities, and outline simple next steps that feel doable in your real life. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you come in. This is simply a starting place where we begin to understand your body better and create a plan that supports you feeling better without adding more stress around food or nutrition.
