About Ashley

I’m a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist with a Master of Science in Applied Nutrition and over 10 years of experience in clinical education, chronic disease support, and nutrition curriculum development. I work with clients of all ages on weight management, diabetes, PCOS, hormone-related conditions, menopause, and disordered eating. My approach is evidence-based, practical, and flexible, helping nutrition feel manageable and aligned with your lifestyle. I create a welcoming, non-judgmental space where we work together on realistic, sustainable steps. Outside of work, I’m a mom of five and enjoy swimming, boating, and spending time with family and friends. I understand the challenges of busy schedules and bring that perspective to my practice, helping clients make choices that fit their lives while supporting long-term health and wellness.

Approach to care

I provide a welcoming, non-judgmental space where we work together to make nutrition less overwhelming and more aligned with your life. My approach is practical, flexible, and evidence-based, tailored to your individual needs. This may include reviewing lab results, adjusting meal patterns, or addressing the emotional side of eating. I focus on helping you understand your body, taking small, sustainable steps toward your goals, and building confidence with your nutrition choices. Every plan is personalized, realistic, and designed to fit your lifestyle - not the other way around.

Your first session with Ashley

During your first session, I will spend time getting to know you, your lifestyle, and your health goals. I’ll review your medical history, lab results if available, and your current eating patterns. Together, we’ll create a nutrition plan that’s achievable and meaningful for you. You can expect a supportive, collaborative environment where your questions are welcomed, and your experiences are heard. By the end of the session, you’ll leave with clear, practical steps to begin making positive changes and feel empowered to take control of your health journey.
