About Aubrey
Hi, Iâm Aubrey â a Registered Dietitian, yoga teacher, and lifelong movement lover. I grew up in Buffalo, New York, where I was a competitive pole vaulter. During high school, I experienced a severe food poisoning incident that left me feeling weak, fatigued, and disconnected from my body for months. My digestion and overall health felt off for years after, and it deeply impacted both my sport and my confidence. That experience is actually what led me to nutrition. I became fascinated by how different foods affected my energy, gut health, strength, and performance. Learning how to fuel my body helped me feel strong and like myself again, and thatâs when I knew I wanted to help others feel that way too. Now, I support clients in building a healthier, more peaceful relationship with food through sustainable habits â not restriction.
Approach to care
My approach is gentle, realistic, and rooted in listening to your body. I believe food is meant to support your energy, mood, and overall sense of well-beingânot create stress or disconnection. Together, weâll focus on balance, nourishment, and honoring your bodyâs natural rhythms. I hold space that is compassionate and judgment-free, allowing us to build sustainable habits that feel aligned with your life.
Your first session with Aubrey
Your first session is an open, supportive space to connect and get to know each other. Weâll discuss your goals, daily routines, health background, and your feelings around food. This session is about understanding where you are now and what youâd like to work toward, so we can move forward in a way that feels aligned and manageable.
