About Aubrie

Hi, I am Aubrie! I am a licensed registered dietitian, board certified oncology nutrition specialist and a 200- hour registered Yoga Teacher. I have been working in this field for 5 years with experience in both acute care (hospital) and outpatient specialty clinics focusing primarily on cancer, GI disorders, diabetes care, heart health and kidney disease. As a well-versed dietitian amongst a variety of populations, I am excited to broaden my span of patients and utilize and share my knowledge and expertise in the field to be able to help others achieve their nutrition goals. Let’s meet your goals!

Approach to care

I approach my patients with compassion and an open-mind. Recognizing and understanding each patient will come to me with different goals, I want to make sure your goals are attainable and achievable. To do that, my aim is to ensure you feel heard, valued and empowered as we create a personalized plan tailored to your individualized needs.

Your first session with Aubrie

In our first session we will get to know each other through introductions and a Comprehensive Health Assessment. I will ask you questions about your pertinent medical history, medications and supplements. I will ask you about your food preferences, explore your activity, current stress level, social support and sleep patterns. After learning about you and your goals, we will work together on creating your personalized nutrition plan. With you as the driver, I will be able to guide you in setting the best attainable goals to meet your needs and your lifestyle.
