About Audrey
Hi there! I'm Audrey, a passionate registered dietitian. My journey into dietetics began with my own struggles with IBS and hormonal imbalances, igniting my fascination with the body's self-healing through nourishment. With over 6 years of experience in nutrition counseling and education for all ages and conditions, my aim is to empower you to nurture your body, enjoy food, and achieve healing outcomes. My specializations include women's, autoimmune, and gut health. Certified in Integrative & Functional Nutrition, I continually pursue professional development to enhance my expertise in these areas. I'm excited and honored to work with you!
Approach to care
I'm committed to empowering you with empathy and enthusiasm as you navigate improved health, offering evidence-based guidance to help you make informed decisions about your health and well-being. My goal is to foster body and food neutrality, assisting you in strengthening your connection with your body and enhancing your quality of life through holistic self-care practices. I customize my approach to your unique needs, staying flexible as they evolve. Rooted in a practical, evidence-based framework, my approach focuses on identifying root causes and setting realistic, achievable micro-goals to ensure your progress.
Your first session with Audrey
In your initial session, we'll conduct a detailed assessment to explore your health and nutrition history. Your insights are invaluable, as you're the expert on your own experiences, body, and health. My role is to offer guidance, support, and education while working collaboratively with you to identify root causes of nutrition-related concerns and design tailored interventions. Together, we'll establish the approach and timing that aligns with your needs and preferences.
