About Audrey

I’m a dietitian from South Carolina with a deep passion for how nutrition can shape lifelong health. My own struggles with health and nutrition led me to study the science of food, a journey that transformed my life and inspired me to help others feel that same sense of empowerment. Having faced challenges like weight management, food-related stress, and disordered eating, I understand how emotional and complex these experiences can be. While I’ve worked in clinical settings supporting patients with malnutrition, my true passion is working one-on-one—helping people create realistic, personalized nutrition goals and giving them the tools, knowledge, and encouragement to make those changes last.

Approach to care

I believe that, in most cases, all foods can have a place in a balanced diet, and that overly restrictive approaches to eating often do more harm than good. I hold the belief that nutrition is deeply personal; what supports one person’s health may not be right for another. Quick fixes and extreme changes can be discouraging or even harmful, which is why I focus on creating sustainable, thoughtful strategies that support lasting health. As your dietitian, my priority is to provide a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where you feel heard, respected, and understood. My goal is to equip you with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to reach your nutrition goals—whether you’re working toward prevention, healing, or both—while encouraging a balanced, realistic approach that fits your life for the long term.

Your first session with Audrey

During our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know you—your medical and nutritional history, daily routines, hobbies, eating habits, physical activity, and emotional well-being. This conversation will help us identify one or two initial realistic goals that feel achievable and meaningful to you. Together, we’ll create strategies to support those goals, and I’ll provide helpful resources and educational materials to guide you along your personal journey.
