About Autumn
Hi, I'm Autumn, a registered dietitian with 3+ years of experience helping individuals of all ages and health goals achieve their nutrition goals. I have worked with a wide range of populations and disease states, including pediatrics, diabetes, heart disease, kidney disease, and more. I'm passionate about supporting people in healing their relationship with food and improving their health in a way thatâs both enjoyable and sustainable. I also love staying up-to-date with current diet trends and helping clients navigate the overwhelming amount of information out there to find an evidence-based approach that fits their unique lifestyle.
Approach to care
As a dietitian, my philosophy is rooted in the belief that all foods fit into our lives in a way that nourishes both body and mind. I encourage my clients to take a personalized approach to their healthâfocusing on self-awareness and understanding their own bodies. This means tuning into what works for them, without relying on restrictive or one-size-fits-all diets. Rather than labeling foods as âgoodâ or âbad,â I help clients shift their mindset to see food as a source of nourishment, enjoyment, and connection. My goal is to create a space where health and enjoyment coexist, so individuals can learn about their needs while maintaining a guilt-free relationship with food. At the heart of my approach is the belief that we can improve our health and achieve wellness goals without sacrificing the joy of eating. I guide clients in building sustainable, balanced habits that fit their lifestyle and support both physical health and emotional well-being.
Your first session with Autumn
In your first session with me, weâll focus on building trust and understanding. Iâll start by learning about your health history and any relevant medical conditions to understand your unique needs. Then, weâll discuss your current diet and lifestyle, exploring whatâs working and what areas youâd like to improve or concerns to address. This is a safe space for you to share your food preferences, challenges, and goalsâwithout judgment. My hope is for the session to feel more like a conversation than a strict evaluation. My goal is to understand you better and offer actionable insights while working together to create a plan that fits your life. By the end, youâll have a clear sense of how we can move forward with small, sustainable changes that support your health and allow you to enjoy life.
