About Ava

Hi, I’m Ava! I'm a registered dietitian with over 3 years of experience helping others feel empowered, supported, and truly understood in their health journey. I specialize in women’s health, with a strong background in eating disorders, gut health, and hormone regulation. If you're feeling overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition advice or stuck in cycles that don’t serve you, I’m here to help you get clear, grounded, and confident in your nutrition care. I'm excited and honored to begin your health journey with you!

Approach to care

I have a holistic approach to health with an emphasis on intuitive eating. I help clients rebuild trust in their bodies, understand the causes of their symptoms, and create sustainable habits that support long-term well-being. Together, we’ll explore everything from your lifestyle and sleep patterns to lab work and digestion. I meet you where you are, providing a supportive, judgment-free space to identify what’s holding you back and help you move forward with realistic, personalized goals. I don’t believe in providing restrictive diets for clients. I provide education and empowerment to help you understand your body’s cues, create satisfying meals and snacks, and build confidence in making food choices that feel good mentally and physically. I focus on health metrics that go far beyond weight: restoring energy, optimizing labs, cultivating a healthy relationship with food and movement, and finding joy in exercise again.

Your first session with Ava

In our first session, we'll get to know each other and discuss what brought you here. I’ll ask questions about your health history, current concerns, and nutrition-related goals so I can understand the full picture of your health. Together, we’ll start shaping a personalized plan that feels realistic, sustainable, and aligned with your lifestyle.
