About Bahaar
Hi! I'm Bahaar, and I'm a registered dietitian with over 10 years of experience in the field of Nutrition. I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and received my Master of Science degree from Framingham State University in the Coordinated Program in Dietetics. I've spent many years helping patients and clients manage their weight, improve various disease states through nutrition, and prepare for bariatric surgery.
Approach to care
My approach to care is driven by your needs and unique qualities. You and I will work collaboratively to figure out what strategies will be most effective in helping you to reach your goals. It is of utmost importance to me, that our interactions are built on a foundation of respect, integrity, and empathy. My job is to support you on your journey, while also being your source of evidence-based nutrition information.
Your first session with Bahaar
In your first session, I will get to know you and find out what goals are most important to you nutritionally. Using this information, along with your medical history, lifestyle, and patterns of eating and exercise, will help us get started in your journey to health and wellness.
