Your first session with Bailey

In our first session, my main goal is to get to know you. We'll spend time talking about your health history, lifestyle, eating habits, and what brought you to nutrition counseling. I want to understand not just your goals, but also your challenges, preferences, and what’s important to you. This session is all about laying the foundation. We’ll go at your pace, and there’s no pressure to have everything figured out! By the end of our visit, we’ll identify a few areas to focus on and set some realistic next steps to help you start moving toward your goals. Most importantly, I want you to leave feeling heard, supported, and confident that you’re in the right place.
