Hi there! I’m a registered dietitian who’s passionate about making nutrition feel simple, supportive, and doable in real life. I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide variety of clients from athletes to chronic health concerns, or just wanting to feel better in their everyday life. My focus is on meeting you where you are and helping you reach your goals in a way that actually works for your life and something you can sustain for a long time! Working with me means having a safe, supportive space where you can show up just as you are without judgment or pressure. I’m not about strict food rules or generic advice. Together, we’ll find realistic, lasting habits that actually work for your lifestyle. Whether you’re training for something, managing health concerns, or simply wanting to feel better in your daily life, I’m here to cheer you on and help you feel your best. I am so glad you're here :)
Approach to care
My approach to care is down-to-earth and collaborative. I believe nutrition should feel doable and sustainable, not stressful. We’ll figure out together what habits make sense for your life and focus on changes that actually stick and work for YOU. Along the way, my goal is to support you, answer questions, and give you tools that help you feel confident in your choices.
Your first session with Bailey
In our first session, my main goal is to get to know you. We'll spend time talking about your health history, lifestyle, eating habits, and what brought you to nutrition counseling. I want to understand your goals, your challenges, preferences, and what’s important to you. This session is the building blocks of how we move forward. We’ll go at your pace, and there’s no pressure to have everything figured out after the first session! By the end of our visit, we’ll identify a few areas to focus on and set some realistic next steps to help you start moving toward your goals. Most importantly, I want you to leave feeling heard, supported, and confident that you’re in the right place :)
