About Bailey
Hi, I'm Bailey! I am a wife and mom to 2 little ones. I am born and raised in Northern Indiana. I went to Purdue University for undergrad and completed my dietetic internship at IUPUI (now Indiana University Indianapolis). I love helping people find a sustainable way to eat that helps them feel great so they can live their best life without obsessing over everything they eat.
Approach to care
I believe that all foods fit and we can still achieve our goals without giving up our Saturday morning donuts with the kids or dinners out with your girlfriends. I am realistic in the way I approach nutrition and ensure that I always work with you, not telling you what to do, to help this new lifestyle be something you can maintain even 5-10 years down the road. My goal is to help you find the perfect balance without feeling like you have to start over again come Monday.
Your first session with Bailey
I focus on getting to know you and what your lifestyle, habits, day to day, and goals are so that the plan we create together is something you feel confident in maintaining and also feel good about. We dive into not only what you eat and drink on a regular basis, but what your sleep, stress, movement, and responsibilities are to ensure that the plan we come up with fits your life. I want your diet to fit into your lifestyle, not your lifestyle to have to fit into your diet.
