About Bea
Hi, I’m Bea, and I’m so glad you’re here. Taking this step is brave, and it could change everything. I became a dietitian because food is more than fuel; it’s one of the longest relationships we’ll ever have, and it deserves trust, balance, and healing. My journey began with my mom, my first client, who was fighting obesity and multiple health conditions. Helping her reclaim her health didn’t just change her, it changed me. To this day, I’m still her dietitian, and her transformation is why I do this work. Walking with my clients is an honor. When one person chooses wellness, it sparks families, communities, and often inspires others to take action. Someone once said, “the only thing you take to your grave is your name.” I carry that daily. Your life isn’t just yours, it’s shared with those you love most. So I ask you: will you wait for life to force change, or will you claim it now and create the memories you deserve?
Approach to care
My approach to care is deeply human, rooted in compassion, curiosity, and partnership. I don’t believe in quick fixes, restrictive diets, or one-size-fits-all solutions. I walk alongside my clients, guiding them to understand their relationship with food, body, and mental health. Every session uncovers what your body has been telling you and translates it into a wellness roadmap that fits your life. I meet clients where they are! True lifestyle change is emotional, so I ask for grace, open-mindedness, and trust in the process. Our first step is exploring your, habits, history, wins, struggles, allergies, food insecurities, or disordered eating. This is not judgment; it’s understanding so we can co-create a plan that empowers you to thrive. I hold high expectations, not as pressure, but to honor your life. Your wellness is shared with those you love most.
Your first session with Bea
Our first session, begins with a Nutrition Story Session, think of it as me catching up on all the years I haven’t known you. I’ll ask questions to understand your relationship with food, your history, wins, struggles, routines, allergies, food insecurities, disordered eating patterns, and goals. This isn’t about judgment; it’s how we build a wellness roadmap that truly fits your life. Next, we move into the Fundamental Phase, the foundation of your journey. The first month, we meet weekly to lay the groundwork for nutrition, habits, and mindset. Then meet bi-weekly for 3–6 months (sometimes up to a year), depending on your goals. Many clients schedule 4–6 sessions in advance to lock in their preferred time. Then you’ll enter the Maintenance Phase, meeting monthly to celebrate progress and fine-tune your plan. If you need extra support, holidays, celebrations, or stressful seasons, we can always return to weekly or bi-weekly check-ins. I’ll be here to guide you every step of the way.
