About Becka
I am a registered dietitian with nearly seven years of experience supporting individuals across a wide range of nutrition needs. My background includes long-term care, chronic disease management (including diabetes and cardiovascular disease), healthy aging, and weight management. Whether the goal is weight gain, weight loss, or simply feeling better day to day.

I find purpose in helping people build confidence in their food choices and develop a healthier relationship with nutrition. My approach is highly individualized, rooted in the understanding that food touches every part of our lives including our culture, emotions, routines, and values. My goal is to help give you confidence in your for choices you make every day as well as to simplify a healthy lifestyle for you in a world that is constantly trying to over complicate things for us.

My mission is to simplify nutrition, empower you with tools that fit your life, and help you move forward with lasting, meaningful progress. In our first session, you can expect for us to get to know each other. I will spend time asking you a multitude of questions to help me better get to know you and understand what it is you are seeking so I can best serve you.
