About Belinda
Hi, I'm Belinda, a Registered Dietitian (RDN) with four years of hands-on clinical experience and hold a Masters of Public Health from California Baptist University. I’ve worked in the hospital setting, outpatient clinic, bariatric program, and a non profit organization where I worked closely with teenagers with eating disorders. I’ve learned what sustainable change looks like in real life. I lead with direct, action-oriented guidance that’s grounded in the latest science, and I tailor plans to fit your life. When I’m not helping clients, you’ll find me running, lifting, spinning, doing Bikram Yoga, or hiking.
Approach to care
I believe lasting health comes from a partnership built on trust, curiosity, and clarity. My approach is evidence-based and science-focused, turning the latest research into practical steps we can actually use. I’m empathetic and warm, never judgmental, and I’ll meet you where you are while gently guiding you toward your goals. We’ll follow a direct, action-oriented plan with concrete steps and accountability, while honoring Health At Every Size principles. Together we’ll consider sleep, stress, and nutrition as a holistic picture, and I’ll teach you the why behind the what so you can own your choices.
Your first session with Belinda
Our first appointment is all about you. We’ll review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics you bring, then take a deep dive into your relationship with food and your daily routines. Together we’ll establish a couple of short-term goals and start a practical meal plan that fits your life, not the other way around. This is a warm, low-pressure conversation designed to reduce anxiety and build rapport. You don’t need to have everything figured out yet — just show up as you are and we’ll chart the next steps together.
