Hi, I’m Belle — a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition, here to help you fuel your life, your way. I grew up in Taiwan, which shaped my appreciation for diverse foods and cultures. At Nourish, I work with clients facing a wide range of health needs — from GI conditions and diabetes to oncology recovery, critical care, and everyday lifestyle changes. I also have a strong background in home tube feeding and parenteral nutrition, supporting patients with specialized medical nutrition needs

I believe no one knows your body better than you do. My role is to listen, guide, and provide science-backed strategies so you can make choices that feel right for you. Where science meets real life is more than a tagline — it’s my approach. Every plan we create together is flexible, practical, and built around your unique needs.

Your first session with Belle

During our first session, we’ll get to know each other, discuss your goals, and review your current habits and medical history. This is a safe space to share, and I embrace an all foods fit philosophy — no judgment, no restrictions unless medically necessary. From there, we’ll develop a personalized plan that’s realistic, sustainable, and tailored to your lifestyle. I’m here to answer questions, provide support, and help you feel confident in your choices.

I also love exploring different coffee shops owned by small businesses, discovering new flavors, and enjoying cozy moments. I strive to make nutrition fun, practical, and a little bit cozy — just like life at home with Ollie McFlurry
