About Benjamin
Hi, I'm Ben. I'm a Registered Dietitian with 10 years of experience, based in Durham, North Carolina. I earned my MPH in Nutrition from UNC Chapel Hill and have worked across clinical settings, research, and a residential wellness center. I bring science and warmth to every session, and I weave my MPH, LDN, and RDN credentials into practical, patient-focused care. When I’m not meeting with clients, you’ll find me in the kitchen, practicing yoga, traveling, playing pickleball, or enjoying a board game night. I take a food-positive approach to help you build a healthy relationship with food while considering your full health.

Our first appointment is all about you. I'll get to know your priorities, your experiences with food, and what matters most to your health. We’ll talk about what approaches work for you, and we will gradually move towards possible next steps that fit your life and schedule. You don’t need to have everything figured out before we meet. By the end though, you’ll have more clarity on some productive paths forward to a healthier you, so we can begin our work together.
