About Beth
I have been a registered dietitian for 25 years and have been focusing on helping patients achieve their health goals through diet and lifestyle changes for the last 18 years. I specialize in non-surgical and surgical weight loss options and am very familiar with and comfortable discussing obesity medications and will support you in whatever direction you want to go.
Approach to care
I have a "food first" approach with how we nourish our bodies and want my clients to feel that a diet is a noun and not a verb. Health goals are different for everyone and I prefer to individualize the interventions based on evidence based care, but also meet you where you are.
Your first session with Beth
I will complete a diet and exercise recall, review any past medical history and medication, and discuss short term and long term goals. I want the client to be part of the decision making process and together, we will create a few goals to work on between visits.
