About Beth

Welcome, I’m Beth! I’m a registered dietitian with nearly a decade of experience helping women and families feel their best from the inside out. My background includes adult nutrition therapy for chronic conditions like heart disease, diabetes, and digestive disorders, as well as pediatric nutrition supporting picky eating, growth concerns, and food sensitivities. My own journey with hormone and fertility challenges shaped my passion for helping women restore balance and confidence—especially those with Endometriosis and PCOS. I also support families through pregnancy and postpartum and love helping parents nourish their children from the very beginning. Whether you’re navigating hormonal concerns, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, or mealtime struggles, my goal is to help you find balance, healing, and joy in nourishing yourself and your family.

Approach to care

Making food both nourishing and enjoyable. My focus is to help women and families find balance and joy in the way they nourish their bodies. Through gentle, evidence-based nutrition, I support women navigating hormone or fertility challenges, postpartum recovery, and overall wellness, as well as parents seeking guidance for their child’s growth and nutrition. My goal is to help you build lasting, healthy habits and a peaceful relationship with food — so you and your family can truly thrive.

Your first session with Beth

During your first visit, we’ll take time to truly understand you. We’ll review your health history, current concerns, labs (if available), lifestyle, and nutrition patterns to identify root causes—not just symptoms. You can expect a collaborative, judgment-free conversation where your goals, values, and season of life are centered. Together, we’ll create realistic, personalized nutrition and lifestyle strategies you can actually sustain. You’ll leave with clear next steps, practical tools, and a plan that feels supportive rather than overwhelming. My goal is for you to feel heard, empowered, and confident moving forward.
