About Bethany
Dietitian with specialization in chronic kidney disease, end stage renal disease, and kidney transplant. I also have experience in celiac disease and gluten free diets. I believe in empathy-based nutrition care, devising practical solutions that work for each individual person based on their needs.
Approach to care
Compassionate and comprehensive care. Collaborate with patients to address each individual's specific needs and requirements. Feedback from a patient: "I honestly feel so overwhelmed at how you have been so kind, patient, and motivated in helping me. I know you have already spent hours even behind the scenes after our appointments doing all you can to give me practical help. It is like Christmas when I get these summaries and all the goodies that come with them. I’m so excited to use this meal plan and the guides you’ve sent as well are SO helpful. I have a binder with all your handouts all organized and ready to use :) Incredibly grateful for you."
Your first session with Bethany
Your first session will be a relaxed meet and greet format between your dietitian and yourself. You set the pace and I will provide an open format and a listening ear so I can learn from you what your concerns are. From there, we will work together to develop practical steps and solutions specifically tailored for you that you feel are doable and achievable.
