I am a mom of 3 little boys, two of which are a set of fraternal twins, all under 6! I have enjoyed having a private practice where I practice as a Registered Dietitian in addition to being a lactation consultant. I specialize in breastfeeding, infant feeding (starting solids), gestational diabetes, PCOS, pediatrics, intuitive eating, low milk supply, gut health, general nutrition, prenatal nutrition, and more. Expanding to offer fertility nutrition in 2025. I am from the Midwest and have been a Dietitian since 2018 working with Hy-Vee, in longterm care, for WIC and finally in my own private practice. I would love to support you and your relationship with food. Nourish on.

Your first session with Bethany

In our first session, I will perform a thorough Nutrition Assessment. I'll ask various questions to gain a complete understanding of your lifestyle habits, medical background, and nutrition history. This will help me assess how you're feeling and identify your nutritional needs. By the end of our time together, we can start creating a personalized plan to help you achieve your health goals. We'll also establish both short-term and long-term goals based on this assessment.
