Hi👋, I'm Betsy Markle, a Registered Dietitian, Holistic Nutritionist, and Yoga Instructor with 25+ years of experience helping women restore their metabolism naturally. My passion is empowering women to break free from dieting, balance hormones, and build sustainable, joyful wellness habits. Whether you want to rev your metabolism, avoid (or get off) GLP-1 meds, curb cravings (without deprivation), boost energy, heal your gut, reverse prediabetes, or reset your mindset around food, I’m here to help. For 15 years, I worked with a world-renowned endocrinologist, supporting women through menopause, thyroid issues, and metabolic imbalances. I saw how healing the metabolism with nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress management can improve hormones—often reducing the need for meds. My own experience with Hashimoto’s (fully controlled without meds) reinforced how powerful lifestyle and nutrition are in restoring balance and long-term health.

I take a personalized and non-judgmental approach, helping you uncover what’s holding you back and how to move forward with confidence. We’ll discuss: ✅ Your current eating habits and metabolism health ✅ Meal timing, portion balance, and fueling strategies for sustained energy ✅ Your exercise routine and whether it’s supporting or draining your body ✅ Your stress levels, sleep patterns, and mindset around food and health From there, we’ll take it one step at a time. I’m here to help you get organized and prioritize so we can create a realistic action plan that feels doable and fits into your life. My goal is to make healthy changes feel simple and sustainable, so you can feel your best without stress or overwhelm.
