About Beverly
Hi! Iām Beverly Watson, a Registered Dietitian living in Atlanta, Georgia. I hold a bachelorās degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and a masterās degree in Nutrition Scienceāboth from East Carolina University. Outside of work, I enjoy walks with my yellow lab Tucker, painting, pilates, and cooking!
Approach to care
My nutrition philosophy is that food should be both nourishing and enjoyable, and that fostering a positive relationship with food is just as important as nutritional adequacy. I support my patients in setting realistic goals that reflect their values, preferences, and unique lifestyles. I practice from a patient-centered, evidence-based approach that emphasizes balanced nutrition, flexibility, and long-term sustainability.
Your first session with Beverly
Our first session is all about getting to know youāno pressure, no judgment. Weāll talk through your goals, daily habits, health history, and anything you feel is important to share about your relationship with food and your body. You donāt need to prep or bring anything unless you want to. Iāll ask some questions to help guide our conversation, but this is really your space to feel heard and supported. By the end of the session, weāll come up with a few small, realistic steps to get you started. My goal is to meet you where youāre at and support you in a way that feels helpful, sustainable, and aligned with your lifeānot just a list of things to change.
