About Bianca
5+ years as a Registered Dietitian have taken me from hospital corridors to the bright, relaxed pace of Southern California. I trained at West Chester University and completed my dietetic internship with Wellness Workdays, and I practice as an RD and LDN. I love translating clinical knowledge into everyday habits you can actually keep. When I'm not supporting patients with their health and wellness goals, I practice yoga and pilates, take nature walks with my dog, host dinners for friends and family, and try new recipes -- many of which I will share with you!
Approach to care
Food tells a story about how you sleep, move, stress, and recover, so I ground recommendations in current research and practical protocols. I create a warm, nonjudgmental space where we'll explore patterns and feelings around food together, then move quickly to clear, doable actions. My work is whole-body wellness and behavior-focused, looking at the whole person rather than quick fixes. I'll teach you the science behind choices so you can make informed decisions, and we'll build sustainable habits that fit your life and values.
Your first session with Bianca
During the first visit we'll have a relaxed, low-pressure conversation that covers your medical history, any lab work or biometrics you can share, and what your usual days look like. We'll explore what influences your food choicesâhunger, stress, boredom, habitâand pay attention to how foods make you feel, not just what numbers say. Together we'll set one or two short-term, realistic goals and a clear next step, so you leave with direction and confidence. You don't need to have everything figured out before we meet.
