About Bianca

Hi, I’m Bianca, a Registered Dietitian with three years of clinical experience and over a decade of culinary expertise in professional kitchens. My world truly revolves around food, nutrition, and cooking! I have provided medical nutrition therapy within the long-term care setting, where I supported adults and seniors in managing a wide range of health concerns, including cardiovascular disease, prediabetes, poor appetite (weight gain), and acid reflux/GERD. In addition to my clinical work, I have had the privilege of creating nutritious meals for professional athletes and the public that were tailored to specific dietary needs, such as vegan, vegetarian, low-sodium, and gluten-free.

Approach to care

My aim is to empower you to make informed, nutritious choices that support your well-being and take your cultural/individual food preferences into account. I create a supportive, judgment-free environment to guide you toward your goals and help you build a positive relationship with food. I am also here to help individuals with busy lifestyles effectively manage meal planning for themselves and their families.

Your first session with Bianca

During our first session, I will take the time to get to know about you and your lifestyle. We will cover topics such as personal and family health history, dietary habits, activity level, any barriers to healthy eating and most importantly your goals and motivations. This will help us set up a program that’s all about making real, lasting changes that are sustainable throughout your life.
