About Blair

Blair graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition. After receiving her bachelor's degree, Blair attended Utah State University, obtaining her Master’s degree in Dietetics Administration and completing her Dietetic Internship. Currently, Blair is working towards a certification in Intuitive Eating to become a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor through The Original Intuitive Eating Pros.

Approach to care

Blair takes a non-diet/intuitive eating approach to care, is weight inclusive, and practices from a place of weight neutrality. She brings a great wealth of knowledge and experience in nutrition education and counseling and spends time to break down the science and reason "why" behind all things nutrition.

Your first session with Blair

Your initial session is a time to get to know one another. During this time, you will share your long-term nutrition goals, discuss medical history, medication/supplement use, lab work, as well as other topics the RD sees relevant. In future sessions, you will set individualized short-term goals to work towards creating realistic and sustainable habits and achieving your long-term goals.

Hobbies

I enjoy being active in many ways, including improving my tennis skills, lifting weights, and practicing yoga. When I'm not on the move, I love to curl up with a good book and experiment in the kitchen, trying new recipes and getting creative. Spending quality time with family and friends is also important to me, whether it's over a meal or just enjoying each other's company. Finding a charming coffee shop and enjoying a cup of coffee or tea while reading a book is my favorite way to spend a Sunday!
