Blair is an anti-diet dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor with over 8 years of counseling experience and clinical nutrition expertise. As a certified yoga teacher, Blair integrates mindfulness and body awareness into nutrition counseling, helping clients reconnect with their bodies and foster a compassionate relationship with food.
