About Bobbi
Through my experience as a collegiate athlete, I first discovered the degree to which fueling one’s body appropriately - and well - can make a huge impact on athletic performance. I believe proper nutrition in combination with sleep and stress management can alter one’s health journey for life! After finishing my MS in Nutrition Science at San Jose State University, I built experience across clinical hospital care, sports nutrition, corporate wellness, functional medicine, and private practice. As an RDN with additional training as an RYT and FMNS, I blend science with practical strategies you can actually use. Living in Boulder, I stay active skiing, mountain biking, playing pickleball, and watching my son play lacrosse, so I understand how busy lives need realistic, sustainable nutrition plans we can build together.
Approach to care
I combine evidence-based guidance with a warm, nonjudgmental approach so we can focus on lasting change rather than quick fixes. Using a non-diet approach, weight-neutral lens, I look at the whole person, including lifestyle, movement, sleep, and stress, not just food. Sessions are collaborative and direct, with clear, educational steps and accountability that fit your life. Together we'll translate research into simple, sustainable habits that honor your goals and preferences.
Your first session with Bobbi
Expect a relaxed, supportive conversation where we'll review your medical history, any available lab work or biometrics, and what matters most to you right now. You do not need to have everything figured out beforehand. We'll set a couple of short-term, achievable goals and outline practical steps you can try, with room to adjust as we learn what works. My aim is to make this low-pressure, encouraging, and focused on steady, sustainable progress.
