About Bonnie

With over 7 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian, Bonnie has had the opportunity to work in various settings. She worked in hospitals covering multiple units such as ICU, stroke, and general medicine. She led virtual groups in the CDC's Diabetes Prevention Program, empowering participants to make lifestyle changes for better health. Bonnie pursued her passion for healthy baking by starting a home bakery business focused on creating nutritious treats (kid-friendly snacks!). Through her current role in private practice, she continues to offer personalized nutrition counseling, combining her expertise and passion to help clients achieve their health and wellness goals.

She we will work together with you, meeting you where you are, to achieve a positive relationship with food that is in line with your health goals. Your first session with Bonnie

With her thoughtful, non-judgmental approach, Bonnie is focused on learning about you! During the first session, she will ask questions about your health history, daily routine, food preferences, and what has and hasn’t worked in the past. Most importantly, she will focus on what you want to achieve, so we can create concrete goals together. She will establish the main areas to focus on for your individual needs, and then break that down into the next practical steps. Her compassion and encouragement will leave you excited to implement her clear-cut advice that is tailor-made for you!
