About Bonnie

Hi, I’m Bonnie Chin, a nutritionist passionate about using food as medicine. I hold a degree in Nutrition from Andrews University and completed my internship at Cal State San Bernardino. With 7+ years of experience, I specialize in diabetes, women’s health, weight loss, GI and kidney health, intuitive eating, and eating disorders. My approach is rooted in personal experience—supporting my mom through cancer sparked my commitment to nutrition. I provide individualized, compassionate care tailored to your lifestyle, helping you move away from restrictive diets and toward sustainable, whole-food nutrition. I advocate for intuitive eating and plant-based diets as powerful tools to manage chronic conditions and improve health. My goal is to empower you with practical, personalized guidance that fosters a positive relationship with food and long-term wellness.

Approach to care

I provide individualized nutrition care that’s tailored to each person’s unique needs, goals, and lifestyle. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practice and built on the understanding that there’s no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to health. Whether you're looking to manage a specific condition, improve your relationship with food, or simply feel better in your body, I offer personalized guidance and support every step of the way.

Your first session with Bonnie

I take an individualistic approach to nutrition care, recognizing that every person’s body, background, and goals are different. Rather than relying on generic plans, I take the time to understand your personal health history, lifestyle, preferences, and challenges. This allows me to create truly customized nutrition strategies that are realistic, sustainable, and aligned with your unique needs. My goal is to support and empower you with care that feels personal, not prescriptive.
