About Bracha
Hi! I am a Registered and Licensed Dietitian who is passionate about helping people confidently navigate the many food decisions they make each day. I use an intuitive eating approach, helping people develop a deeper understanding of how different foods make them feel—physically, mentally, and emotionally. I also enjoy cooking and am always happy to share practical recipe ideas!
Approach to care
My approach is not restrictive, but to encourage learning how to build meals that truly satisfy. I never want people to feel they need to be hungry to meet their health goals. I do not provide one size fits all guidance, I will do my best to offer tailored suggestions to meet you where you are at.
Your first session with Bracha
In our first session we will discuss what brings you in to seeing a dietitian. We will discuss any relevant medical history and get to know what your day-to-day looks like. From there, we will start building small goals to help you start making meaningful and sustainable changes.
Education
I received my B.S in Nutrition and Dietetics from Queens College. I completed my Dietetic Internship from Wellness Workdays.
Hobbies
I love to spend time with my 2 young children, walk, read, and listen to podcasts.
