Hello, my name is Brad! I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in performance nutrition with a background in Culinary Nutrition. Fueling your body to meet goals (whatever they may be) can be a challenge, and I am here to support your journey in a safe space. I firmly believe small, daily steps lead us to our goals.

My approach comes from evidence-based nutrition recommendations and ties in personalized coaching to help build self-accountability. As a chef, I can offer unique perspectives for making nutrient-dense food without sacrificing the flavor. Fueling your body does not mean the same chicken, broccoli, and rice every day! I strive to normalize food by avoiding "healthy", "good", and "bad" terms by focusing on what makes you feel your best.
