About Brandi
I’m a registered dietitian who loves helping people feel more confident and comfortable with food. I take a supportive, realistic approach to nutrition, focusing on evidence-based guidance that fits into real life. I have a background in sports nutrition, disordered eating, and weight management, and I work with clients to make nutrition feel approachable—not overwhelming—so they can build sustainable habits that support their health and well-being.
Approach to care
I believe nutrition care should feel supportive, realistic, and individualized. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to health, and my goal is to meet each client where they are. I use evidence-based nutrition while taking into account personal preferences, lifestyle, culture, and past experiences with food. I work from a compassionate, non-judgmental approach, especially when supporting individuals with disordered eating, weight-related goals, or performance-focused nutrition. Rather than focusing on perfection or restriction, I help clients build sustainable habits that feel manageable and empowering. My priority is to create a safe, comfortable space where clients feel heard, supported, and confident in their nutrition choices.
Your first session with Brandi
Your first nutrition session is a chance for us to get to know each other and build a foundation for working together. We’ll talk about your goals, health history, lifestyle, and any past experiences you’ve had with food or nutrition. There’s no judgment and no pressure—this is a supportive space to share what feels comfortable for you. We’ll discuss your current eating patterns, routines, and challenges, and I’ll provide guidance that’s practical, realistic, and tailored to your needs. Together, we’ll create a plan that feels manageable and aligned with your goals, whether that’s improving performance, supporting your relationship with food, or making changes for overall health. You’ll leave the session with clear next steps and a plan that fits into real life—not a strict diet or overwhelming list of rules. My goal is for you to feel supported, informed, and confident moving forward.
