About Brandon

Hi, I'm Brandon. I bring five years of experience as a Registered Dietitian and a BS in Dietetics and Nutrition from Oregon State University. My work has spanned clinical and hospital settings, sports nutrition, community health, and hospital programs focused on dialysis, diabetes, and kitchen operations. Outside of work I enjoy reading, philosophy, exercise, guitar, gaming, and wood working. I value practical, compassionate care that meets you where you are and helps you move toward the life you want.

Approach to care

My care philosophy is grounded in science and shaped by real conversations. I stay current with evidence-based practices and translate research into clear, doable steps you can actually follow. I lead with warmth and empathy, meeting you where you are and avoiding judgment or pressure. I focus on sustainable habits and the whole person nutrition, sleep, stress, exercise, and mood. Together we build knowledge and routines that fit your life and your values, for lasting change.

Your first session with Brandon

Our first session is all about you. We'll review your medical history and have a thoughtful talk about your relationship with food, your priorities, and your short-term goals. We'll build rapport and set the stage for a collaborative partnership, without pressure or judgment. You don't need to have everything figured out yet just show up as you are. By the end, we'll agree on 1 or 2 clear steps to start with and plan how we'll move forward together.
