About Brannan

I have been a Registered Dietitian for siix years, during which I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of patient populations. As an undergraduate, my passion evolved from helping people lose weight to empowering them to live active, healthy lifestyles. I understand that making lasting changes isn’t easy — it’s something I’ve experienced firsthand. That’s why I strive to celebrate every success and provide empathy and support during setbacks. I specialize in intuitive eating, binge eating, disordered eating, healthy lifetyle, weigh management, and LGBTQ nutrition.

Approach to care

My approach to care begins with meeting you where you are with compassion. I want to understand what motivates and inspires you — your personal “why.” I incorporate principles from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and the Stages of Change model to help guide you toward your goals. Every session is led with empathy, and I aim to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard and supported. I provide a judgment-free space where we will celebrate victories, analyze challenges, and explore goals using evidence-based practices to create SMART goals! I am here to empower you throughout your journey and help lead you to maintaining lasting health as you age.

Your first session with Brannan

Come ready to talk about you! Our first session is all about getting to know your story—what brought you here, the challenges you’re experiencing, and the goals you’re hoping to reach. Together, we’ll begin building a foundation of trust by exploring your health history, current lifestyle, and, most importantly, what you want to achieve. By the end of our conversation, you’ll walk away with a personalized, realistic plan that reflects your needs, values, and preferences. Your plan will include clear next steps designed to help you move forward with confidence—and I’ll be here to support you every step of the way. My goal is for you to feel seen, heard, supported, empowered, and motivated as you begin your journey toward a healthier, more balanced life. Let’s take that first step together.
