About Breanna
Breanna is a Registered Dietitian with a Masterβs of Public Health in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Michigan School of Public Health. Having experienced firsthand the impact a poor relationship with food and body image had on her own health, Breanna is passionate about helping others cultivate a positive relationship with food while pursuing their health goals. Approach to care
Breanna practices with an Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size approach, helping her patients dispel the myths surrounding what healthy eating looks like and tune into their body to make peace with food. It is her goal to partner alongside patients with education, encouragement, and empowerment to meet them where they are, personalize their nutrition, and help them set and achieve sustainable goals.
Your first session with Breanna
In your initial consultation, Breanna will take an inquisitive approach to learn more about your health and medical history, your current food and nutrition habits, and what has or has not worked well in the past when it comes to achieving your health goals. Breanna aims to create a strong foundation in the initial session that will allow for an individualized experience, tailored nutrition education, and personalized goal setting during future follow-ups.
