About Breanna

Hi, I’m Breanna, an RDN with five years of experience and a BS in Dietetics from BYU. I’ve worked in clinical and hospital settings, gaining insight into how nutrition supports health, recovery, and everyday life. Outside of work, I’m a busy mom of three, so between creative projects and the everyday juggle of family life, I know how challenging it can be to prioritize your health while managing real-life demands. My practice focuses on a whole-person approach, emphasizing balanced nutrition—quality proteins, healthy fats, complex carbohydrates, and fiber-rich foods—along with realistic, sustainable habits. Together, we’ll create practical strategies that support your health, fit your lifestyle, and help you feel your best over time.

Approach to care

I use evidence-based strategies with an empathetic, supportive approach to help you translate nutrition science into practical, realistic steps that fit your life. My focus is on building sustainable habits that support energy, overall health, and long-term well-being. I emphasize balanced nutrition fundamentals, including meals with quality proteins, healthy fats, complex carbohydrates, and fiber-rich foods. While changes on the scale may occur, they’re not the primary focus—lasting health and feeling your best come first. Together, we’ll examine your daily habits, relationship with food, and personal health goals to create a plan that fits your lifestyle and works even when life gets busy or challenging.

Your first session with Breanna

Your first appointment is a warm, collaborative conversation. We’ll start with a medical and health overview, then explore your weight history and relationship with food. Next, we’ll review your current eating patterns and physical activity, and I’ll share practical, science-based nutrition guidance you can apply without judgment. Together, we’ll set one or two realistic goals to get started. You don’t need to have it all figured out—just show up as you are, and we’ll create a plan that fits your life and supports your long-term well-being.
