About Breanna
Born and raised in California, I am currently residing in Northern Kentucky. Even at a young age I had a passion for nutrition and a fasination about the effects of food on our health. After serving 8 years active duty in the United States Air Force, I finished my Bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition at the University of Alabama and my Master's degree in Dietetics at Marshall University in West Virginia. As a mother and former military member, I can relate to those with a busy schedule and living with daily stressors. I can also help those interested in following a plant-based or vegan diet.
Approach to care
My approach to care is to find what works for you. Food is a daily ritual that must be nourishing but also enjoyable. I believe that health is holistic and that it is important to be mindful of the different factors to health, including sleep, exercise, and stress.
Your first session with Breanna
The first session will be all about building a foundation of trust and understanding, getting to know your preferences and goals, your daily habits, medical history, and previous nutritional knowledge. This will help us come up with an intervention that fits you and supports your personal and medical goals.
