Welcome, I’m Bre :) - growing up in Minnesota, I developed a deep appreciation for the connection between food, community, and well-being. My journey has taken me from the heartland to LA, where I combine evidence-based science with a compassionate, client-first approach to nutrition. Whether you’re navigating a complex health condition, looking to feel more confident in your body, or striving for a healthier relationship with food, I’m here to guide and empower you every step of the way. My experience as a Clinical Dietitian spans pediatric & adolescent nutrition, a multitude of specialties, and creating flexible, sustainable nutrition strategies that work in the real world.

From personalized meal planning to nutrition counseling to navigating a new/existing diagnosis to navigating emotional eating, we’ll work together to build habits that last and create a relationship with food that feels empowering—not overwhelming.
